Kentucky HEALTH - Continuity of Care for Incarcerated Members Amendment Request

Kentucky is requesting an amendment to its “KY HEALTH” section 1115 demonstration to provide targeted substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services to eligible incarcerated individuals. Kentucky seeks to provide only SUD treatment services to individuals that are incarcerated in state and county facilities. The federal public comment period will be open from December 9, 2020 through January 8, 2021.
