Washington State Medicaid Transformation Waiver - Amendment Request

With this amendment request, Washington requests expenditure authority to provide in-lieu of services within Institute of Mental Disease for substance use disorder treatment, as well as maintain and expand broader treatment options for beneficiaries with substance use disorders. The state also requests to make various technical corrections to the demonstration's Standard Terms and Conditions of approval. The federal public comment period will be open from March 13, 2018 through April 12, 2018.
