Behavioral Health and Supportive Housing Services Amendment

Florida is submitting an amendment to implement a pilot program that provides additional behavioral health services and supportive housing assistance services for persons aged 21 and older with serious mental illness (SMI), substance use disorder (SUD) or SMI with co-occurring SUD, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to their disability. The federal public comment period will be open from November 15, 2016 through December 15, 2016.
