Missouri Gateway to Better Health - 2017 Extension Application

Missouri is requesting a 1-year extension of their Medicaid section 1115 "Gateway to Better Health" demonstration which is currently scheduled to expire December 31, 2017. The state requests an extension of this demonstration until such time as Missouri's Medicaid eligibility is expanded to include the individuals served under this demonstration. The demonstration provides primary care, specialty care and urgent care services to uninsured residents, ages 19 through 64, who meet U.S. citizenship requirements. The state is not proposing any program changes under this extension. The federal public comment period will be open from November 23, 2016 through December 23, 2016.
