Washington Medicaid Transformation Project - SMI Amendment Application

The State of Washington seeks authority to receive federal financial participation for services provided in an Institute for Mental Disease (IMD) to Medicaid beneficiaries, when the statewide average length of stay meets an expectation of 30 days or less. This request is pursuant to the opportunity described in the November 13, 2018 CMS State Medicaid Director's Letter. The federal public comment period will be open from April 22, 2020 through May 22, 2020.
