Iowa Family Planning Network

The state of Iowa has sought to amend its Family Planning Network demonstration to provide the family planning services offered in the demonstration within a managed care delivery system pursuant to waiver authority provided by section 1915(b) of the Social Security Act. The state proposes that this delivery system change will ensure high quality, efficient, and coordinated care to Iowa's Medicaid population. The state is not making any other changes to the demonstration. The federal public comment period will be open from September 21, 2015 through October 20, 2015.
