Vermont Global Commitment to Health Amendment

On April 30, 2024 Vermont submitted a request to amend its section 1115 demonstration entitled, "Global Commitment to Health."  This demonstration amendment aims to expand access to care for Vermonters with mental health conditions and substance use disorder (SUD), provide housing and other supports to promote whole-person health, and advance payment and delivery reforms.  The federal public comment period will be open from May 14, 2024 through June 13, 2024.
