Florida Managed Medical Assistance

Florida has submitted an amendment to the Managed Medical Assistance Program Section 1115 demonstration, requesting to allow two additional populations to voluntarily participate in managed care through the MMA demonstration. These groups are Medicaid-eligible recipients residing in group home facilities licensed under section(s) 393.067 Florida Statutes (F.S.), and children receiving Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) services. The federal public comment period will be open from December 5, 2014 through January 4, 2015.
