Oklahoma SoonerCare - Health Management Program Amendment

Oklahoma proposes to amend its demonstration in order to make several changes to its Health Management Program, including providing more options for data analytics, to revise the services section to remove settings limitations and allow for new approaches in practice facilitation to address emerging health trends, and to define a beneficiary's maximum benefit individually. The federal public comment period will be open from March 12, 2019 to April 11, 2019.
