New Jersey Comprehensive Waiver

New Jersey requests to amend its demonstration to create two new eligibility groups for the Supports Program and allow individuals in the Supports Program who are eligible for and in need of Private Duty Nursing services to access those services through Managed Long-Term Services and Supports program. The federal public comment period will be open from August 10, 2015 through September 9, 2015.
