Montana Health and Economic Livelihood Partnership Program - Amendment

On September 2, 2017, Montana submitted an amendment to the HELP section 1115 demonstration. The state requests to change the following: (1) Remove references to the TPA in the section 1115 demonstration STCs since the state will not renew the 1915(b)(4) TPA contract, and (2) remove the current copay structure that allowed beneficiaries to credit premiums toward cost sharing. Beneficiaries will be subject to premiums up to 2 percent of household income, and copayments up to 3 percent of household income, per quarter. The federal public comment period will be open from September 15, 2017 through October 15, 2017.
