Missouri Gateway to Better Health - 2016 Extension Application

Missouri submitted an extension application for the Gateway to Better Health section 1115 demonstration that preserves access to ambulatory care for low income, uninsured individuals in St. Louis City and County as well as ensures patients of the St. Louis safety net pilot program access to primary care and specialty care. The federal public comment period will be open from February 1, 2016 through March 1, 2016.
