Missouri Gateway to Better Health - Physical Function Improvement Benefit Amendment

On October 30, 2019, The Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS) ("the state") submitted an amendment to the Gateway to Better Health section 1115 demonstration. The proposed amendment will authorize the state to offer "preventative physical function improvement services" (physical, chiropractic, acupuncture, and cognitive behavioral therapies) as a Gateway to Better Health benefit. The 30-day federal public comment period will be open from November 13, 2019 through December 13, 2019.
