Oregon Health Plan: Evaluation and HTPP Extension Amendment

Oregon requests two amendments to the Oregon Health Plan section 1115 demonstration. The first amendment request is to extend the deadline for the interim evaluation report from March 31, 2016 to June 30, 2016 to ensure the data are complete to meet the requirements. The second amendment request is to extend the Hospital Transformation Performance Program (HTPP) and incentive payments for an additional year through June 30, 2017 to continue health system transformation. The federal public comment period will be open from September 21, 2015 through October 20, 2015.
