Utah Primary Care Network - Integrated Care Amendment On August 29, 2019, the State of Utah submitted an amendment to their section 1115 demonstration, "Primary Care Network." This amendment will allow the state to enroll the adult expansion population into managed care plans including creating an integrated managed care model combining physical health and behavioral health in five Utah counties for the adult expansion population only and for the other counties enroll the adult expansion population in Utah's Accountable Care Organizations for physical health and in Prepaid Mental Health Plans for behavioral health. This amendment also allows the state to add behavioral health services coverage for the adult expansion population enrolled in managed care. The federal comment period will be open from September 12, 2019 through October 12, 2019.
