Utah Medicaid Reform Amendment for Family Planning

On July 27, 2023, Utah submitted a request to amend the Medicaid Reform 1115 Demonstration to provide family planning services to qualifying individuals below 185% of the federal poverty level. The federal comment period will be open from August 3, 2023 through September 4, 2023.
