Vermont Global Commitment to Health - VT SUD Amendment Request

Vermont requests an amendment to its section 1115 demonstration to ensure the availability of treatment supports that effectively prevent and treat opioid use disorder and other substance use disorders, and to promote a comprehensive and integrated continuum of mental and physical health, substance use disorder treatment, and long-term services and supports for all Vermonters. The federal comment period will be open from February 7, 2018 through March 8, 2018.
