New Jersey FamilyCare Financial Eligibility/Transition Benefits/NJHV Amendment

New Jersey requests to amend the New Jersey FamilyCare demonstration to expedite financial eligibility determinations, add a one-time allowance for pantry stocking and clothing to the community transition benefit, and implement the New Jersey Home Visiting pilot program for high-risk pregnant/postpartum women, infants and young children up to age two. The federal public comment period will be open from September 7, 2018 to October 7, 2018.
