Regarding the Arkansas Health and Opportunity for Me ARHOME Amendment Demonstration.
On March 27, 2025, Arkansas submitted a request to amend the ARHOME section 1115 Medicaid demonstration. The request seeks approval of the “Pathway to Prosperity” program to establish work and community engagement requirements for the Medicaid expansion population. Pathway to Prosperity would apply to all individuals ages 19 - 64 eligible through the new adult expansion group, with an income between 0% to 138% FPL, and who are covered by a Qualified Health Plan (QHP). There are no exemptions to participation and individuals will be assessed as “on track” or “not on track” through data matching. Those who are identified as not on track will be provided the opportunity to receive focused care coordination services. The federal comment period will be open from April 10, 2025 through May 10, 2025.
