Expanding the Substance Use Disorder Continuum of Care

Colorado submitted a new section 1115(a) demonstration titled \Expanding the Substance Use Disorder Continuum of Care\" which would allow the state to receive federal financial participation (FFP) for inpatient and residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services provided to Medicaid beneficiaries who are short-term residents in settings that meet the definition of an Institution for Mental Diseases (IMD). The federal public comment period will be open from November 8
