New Hampshire SUD Treatment and Recovery Access - Amendment Request New Hampshire is submitting a request to amend its Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Access (SUD TRA) section 1115(a) demonstration. The goal of the amendment is to prospectively increase the demonstration’s per member per month (PMPM) limits to account for, among others, the state’s SUD provider rate increases and to correct mistakes made with its original budget neutrality calculations. The state is also requesting that CMS consider these requests as part of its corrective action plan (CAP) that is required by Special Term and Condition (STC) 64. The federal public comment period will be open from August 27, 2020 through September 25, 2020. Application Document
