Utah Primary Care Network - Fertility Preservation Amendment

On December 27, 2021, Utah submitted a request to amend the Primary Care Network section 1115 demonstration to provide fertility preservation services for Medicaid eligible beneficiaries diagnosed with cancer. The federal comment period will be open from January 13, 2022 through February 12, 2022.
