Mental Health Crisis Prevention Project Missouri requests a new section 1115 demonstration titled, the "Mental Health Crisis Prevention Project," to provide early intervention, treatment, and community support services to Missourians aged 21 to 35, who have income less than 150 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL), and who are determined to have a serious mental illness. Missouri requests to provide a targeted benefit package for up to 1,000 individuals. The federal public comment period will be open from April 28, 2016 through May 28, 2016.
