West Virginia Creating a Continuum of Care for Medicaid Enrollees with Substance Use Disorders

West Virginia is submitting a request to amend Creating a Continuum of Care for Medicaid Enrollees with Substance Use Disorders section 1115(a) demonstration. The goal of the amendment is to give the authority to allow the Children with Serious Emotional Disorder 1915(c) demonstration to be limited to a single specialized MCO. The federal public comment period will be open from August 7, 2019 through September 6, 2019.
