Florida Managed Medical Assistance - Amendment Request

Florida is submitting a request to amend its Managed Medical Assistance (MMA) section 1115 demonstration. The goal of the amendment is to modify the Low Income Pool (LIP) provider participation requirements described in the Special Terms and Conditions (STC) #69 related to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and Rural Health Clinics (RHC). The federal public comment period will be open from January 31, 2018 through March 2, 2018.
