New York Partnership Plan: Uncompensated Care Amendment

New York has submitted an amendment to its Partnership Plan demonstration to extend the Clinic Uncompensated Care Program through March 31, 2017. This program was previously a part of the Partnership Plan demonstration but the waiver authority was inadvertently allowed to sunset by the state. This amendment will reinstate the state's ability to receive Federal matching funds for the Clinic Uncompensated Care Program. The federal public comment period will be open from September 21, 2015 through October 20, 2015.
