Florida Medicaid Family Planning Waiver - Amendment

Florida is requesting to amend its Section 1115(a) demonstration titled “Florida Medicaid Family Planning”. With this amendment request, the state seeks to extend the window of eligibility for the demonstration from 60-days postpartum to 12-months postpartum and to allow women who have a sterilization procedure in the demonstration. The federal public comment period will be open from September 20, 2021 through October 19, 2021.
