California Bridge to Reform (SUD Application)

The state of California has requested to amend its "Bridge to Reform" demonstration to implement improvements to its Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS). The DMC-ODS provides a continuum of care modeled after the American Society of Addiction Medicine's criteria for substance use disorder treatment services. This amendment proposes changes aimed at improving service delivery, allowing more local control and accountability in selection of high quality providers, and improved local coordination of case management services. The Federal public comment period will be open from December 31, 2014 to January 30, 2015.
