Washington Family Planning Only Program

On January 20, 2023, Washington submitted an application to extend its section 1115 demonstration titled, "Washington Family Planning Only Demonstration" which provides limited family planning and family planning-related service for individuals in need of contraceptive care and are enrolled in the Family Planning Only programs. The federal comment period will be open from February 6, 2023 to March 8, 2023.
