Pennsylvania Keystones of Health The Pennsylvania Keystones of Health is a new section 1115 demonstration request from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The proposed demonstration seeks section 1115 demonstration authority to implement a set of services and benefits coordinated through case management in four focus areas: (1) Reentry Services. (2) Housing Services. (3) Food and Nutrition Benefits; and (4) Continuous Coverage for Children under 6-years of Age. The federal comment period will be open from February 15, 2024 through March 16, 2024
