KanCare - Continuous Eligibility Amendment

Kansas submitted a request to amend its "KanCare" section 1115(a) demonstration to add twelve-months of continuous eligibility coverage for parents and other caretaker relatives using Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI). The federal public comment period will be open from October 7, 2021 through November 6, 2021.
