Montana Plan First - 2018 Extension Montana is requesting an extension of their 1115 Medicaid Family Planning Demonstration, called "Montana Plan First," with no program changes. The demonstration provides family planning services to women statewide who are: Montana residents; ages 19 - 44 with income up to and including 211% of the federal poverty level; able to bear children; and not presently pregnant. Some of the services covered include office visits, contraceptive supplies, laboratory services, and testing and treatment of STDs. The program is capped at 4,000 members and currently serves approximately 1,600 women. The federal public comment period will be open from 5/30/18 through 6/29/18.
