Wyoming Pregnant By Choice

Wyoming submitted an application for a three-year extension of the state's Pregnant by Choice family planning section 1115 demonstration. The demonstration expands the provision of family planning and family planning-related services to women, ages 19 through 44, losing Medicaid pregnancy coverage at the conclusion of 60 days postpartum, who have family income at or below 159 percent of the Federal poverty level (FPL) and who are not otherwise eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, or have health insurance coverage that provides family planning services. ." The federal public comment period will be open starting November 20, 2014 through December 19, 2014.
