Utah Medicaid Reform Amendment for Chronic Conditions

On July 27, 2023, Utah submitted a request to amend the Medicaid Reform 1115 Demonstration to provide support services to Medicaid-eligible individuals with a qualifying chronic condition. The federal comment period will be open from August 3, 2023 through September 4, 2023.
